Mr. Nizamian's practice has focused exclusively on Immigration and Nationality Law, with particular emphasis on employment-based matters. He represents start-up and multinational clients before the U.S. Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services, Department of Labor, and Department of State in securing temporary visas and permanent residence for their employees.
