Mr. Nizamian's practice has focused exclusively on Immigration and Nationality Law, with particular emphasis on employment-based matters. He represents start-up and multinational clients before the U.S. Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services, Department of Labor, and Department of State in securing temporary visas and permanent residence for their employees. He is also experienced in preparing employment-based petitions for foreign workers in the outstanding researcher and extraordinary ability categories.
